About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to join our team at Angel's Touch Home Care Ltd. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering Medications: Safely administer medications to clients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assisting with Daily Tasks: Assist clients with daily tasks such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role involves working in clients' homes, providing care and support in a one-on-one setting.
  • Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
