Your Role:

The primary objective of a Customer Support Representative (CSR) is to act as a trusted advisor to our customers. A successful CSR actively engages with clients, comprehends their business needs, and possesses the technical knowledge to provide timely and effective solutions. By nurturing and developing long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers, the CSR plays a crucial role in driving sales growth.

The CSR collaborates closely with the Branch Manager and Corporate Customer Support Manager to devise sales strategies and programs aimed at achieving annual budget goals.
