Position Overview

Our client, a prominent entity in the distribution sector, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a full-time position.

  • Collaborate with the corporate Quality Assurance division to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and surpass consumer expectations.
  • Assess and approve Product Development Briefs, Formulas, and Labels for Iovate products.
  • Manage activities related to product quality issues and counterfeit matters, including receiving, evaluating, documenting, investigating, and resolving concerns.
  • Engage with manufacturers to monitor investigation progress and verify the execution of corrective measures when necessary.
  • Facilitate the Change Control process by initiating, overseeing, and concluding ongoing projects, as well as organizing Change Control meetings as needed.
  • Revise, edit, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Outstanding technical writing skills.
