Chief of Operating Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Operating Area to join our team at Big Feet. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization and ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Lead and motivate a team of health care workers to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial Management
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that our organization operates within funding limits.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
- Human Resources
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Manage contracts and ensure that they are aligned with organizational goals.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Oversee the preparation of reports and ensure that they are accurate and timely.
- Analyze data and information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Schedule
- 32 hours per week.
