About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Operating Area to join our team at Big Feet. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our operating area and ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to achieve business objectives
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation
    • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives
    • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs
    • Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
