Job Responsibilities- Assist in various construction and renovation tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Perform general labor duties, such as supporting skilled tradesmen in carpentry, mudding, taping, roofing, and other tasks as needed.
- Ensure job sites are clean and safe, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- No prior experience necessary for general labor roles, but skilled laborers should have experience in carpentry, mudding, taping, roofing, or related trades.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs, with a strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks, with a valid driver's license an asset.
- Competitive hourly wage, with higher pay for more skilled positions, ranging from $16 to $22 per hour.
- Short-term housing assistance provided for those relocating, with support in finding permanent housing.
- Opportunity for growth within the company, with a supportive team environment and hands-on training.
