About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Strategic Learning Officer to join our leadership team at Tutor Doctor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our next-generation educational services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Educational Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive academic coaching model that integrates human tutoring, AI solutions, executive functioning coaching, test preparation, and academic admissions consulting.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Identify and evaluate emerging trends in education and technology to continuously enhance our service offerings and stay ahead of market disruptions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with our teams to ensure seamless integration of various educational components into a unified service offering that delivers exceptional value to students and families.
  • Represent the Company: Serve as a key spokesperson for Tutor Doctor, representing our educational philosophy and vision in industry forums, conferences, and publications.
  • Establish Educational Standards: Set and maintain high standards for educational content and delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence across all programs.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, technology providers, and other stakeholders to enhance our offerings and expand our reach.
  • Mentor and Guide the Team: Mentor and guide our team of educators, coaches, and support staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Chief Learning Officer, Director of Education, or similar leadership role in an educational organization.
  • Deep Understanding of Education Trends: Deep understanding of current trends and challenges in education, including the integration of AI and technology in learning.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative educational programs.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion for Education: Passion for education and a commitment to our mission of changing the trajectory of students' lives.
