Le département Player Quality Insights (PQI) est une équipe de premier plan, fournissant des analyses de pointe pour créer des expériences de jeu exceptionnelles. En tant qu'Ingénieur·e de Fiabilité de Site, vous serez sous la supervision du Responsable des Laboratoires PQI. Votre mission consistera à fournir du contenu et des expériences à nos testeurs de jeu, tant dans nos laboratoires de recherche physiques à l'échelle mondiale que dans nos laboratoires à distance. Vous veillerez à ce que la livraison technique soit appropriée, efficace, sécurisée et fiable. De plus, vous collaborerez avec votre équipe et vos partenaires pour développer les systèmes et les pratiques de livraison de contenu et de test de jeu.

Description des responsabilités

  • Mettre en avant les besoins des joueurs, en veillant à ce que le contenu soit livré en tenant compte de la communauté des joueurs tout en respectant les contraintes de développement telles que les délais, les plateformes et les budgets.
  • Responsable de la configuration, du démontage et de la maintenance de l'infrastructure des laboratoires de test.
  • Établir et exécuter des objectifs opérationnels pour votre domaine de responsabilité, en accord avec les pairs à l'échelle mondiale.
  • Surveiller la performance des laboratoires et fournir le soutien et les conseils nécessaires aux parties prenantes.
  • Faciliter le développement, la mise en œuvre et le respect de nouveaux plans et procédures de test.
  • Identifier, documenter et analyser les changements de processus pour améliorer l'efficacité et la productivité.
  • Assurer la conformité avec toutes les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, y compris les règles et réglementations de sécurité.
  • Garantir le respect strict des politiques et procédures de sécurité des prototypes de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

  • Deux ans ou plus d'expérience dans le travail direct avec des plateformes et des réseaux (PC, consoles de jeux, mobile, cloud) sont préférés. Connaissances en Active Directory, support de bureau, infrastructure de domaine Windows, administration des systèmes.
  • Excellente connaissance des étapes et processus du cycle de vie de production informatique.
  • Expérience réussie au sein d'une équipe diversifiée et distribuée.
  • Capacité à défendre les meilleurs principes pour les joueurs.
  • Expérience en dépannage matériel et logiciel de support de bureau, en imagerie, en installations matérielles, en gestion LAN/WAN, en mise à jour des serveurs.
  • Expérience avec Open Broadcast Studio (OBS), création de scènes, installation de périphériques dans OBS.
  • Expérience préférée en streaming de jeux PC.
  • Trois ans ou plus d'expérience dans la virtualisation, la conteneurisation, l'informatique en cloud (AWS de préférence), les écosystèmes VMWare, Kubernetes ou Docker.
  • Expérience préférée en scripting Python, surveillance réseau/matériel, capture vidéo, PARSEC.
  • Compétences exemplaires en communication, compétences analytiques et grande attention aux détails.
  • Compréhension des méthodologies de test, des processus et des outils.
