In this pivotal role as the Senior Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead, you will take charge of the strategic and operational management of our SAP and Tableau platforms. Your leadership will ensure these systems operate efficiently and align with the organization’s goals. Reporting to the SAP & Technical Services Manager, you will guide a team of skilled professionals dedicated to the administration and enhancement of these vital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide expert guidance on SAP and Tableau platform management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Develop long-term strategic plans for SAP and Tableau solutions, focusing on architecture and technical administration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Research and implement updates to SAP and Tableau systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that all solutions meet regulatory requirements and adhere to governance standards.
  • Team Development: Foster a collaborative environment, motivating your team to achieve high-quality results.

Your expertise in managing complex IT platforms and your ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships will be crucial in this role. You will play a significant part in transforming the City’s technology landscape, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional service to the community.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in IT platform implementation and management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Tableau solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • A degree in computer science or a related field, with relevant experience.
