About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 555 Wireless Ltd. as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our business operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date data, statistics, and information, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  • Front Desk and Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company and its services.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to relevant documents and records.

  • Work Term: This is a permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week.
