Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at S. K Transportation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet business objectives
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Recommend personnel actions to support employee development and performance
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals to minimize downtime and optimize fleet utilization
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operational needs
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
Working Conditions

This role requires a strong understanding of transportation operations and a ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team-oriented setting and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
