Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at S. K Transportation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and other personnel
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient operations
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and supplies
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced transportation environment, coordinating and supervising the activities of truck drivers and other personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
