KGT Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking to meet the demands of the role.
