Job Summary

KGT Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
