We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team at ONTARIO GM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INC. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered with tiles, cutting and fitting tiles around obstacles and openings, and packing grout into joints between tiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, ensuring they are clean, dry, and free of debris.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools.
  • Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout.
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles.
  • Estimate costs and materials for tile installation projects.
  • Mix, lay, and polish terra surfaces.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in tile setting.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
