We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Product and Client Service Team at CC&L Funds. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client service, product development, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service to a portfolio of leading Canadian investment dealers and investment advisors
- Support the sales team by responding to client inquiries and providing product information
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational issues and client concerns
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations
- Contribute to process improvements and streamlining of service models
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
