We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Analyst to join our team at Extendicare Canada Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in the administration and analysis of our competitive total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of total rewards programs, including cost modeling and compensation reporting.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise to support the implementation of Workday and other HR systems.
- Collaborate with the HR and Benefits Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of total rewards programs and services.
- Provide advice and guidance to leaders, people managers, and HR Business Partners on total rewards programs and processes.
- Conduct and participate in total rewards surveys, analyzing results and presenting data to support the ongoing development of our Total Rewards strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Commerce with a focus in Finance.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Total Rewards or as an HR Analyst.
- Expert level user of Excel and modeling with large and complex HR/Financial data sets.
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to collect and analyze big data.
- Commitment to data integrity and initiative in independent continuous learning and development.
