About the Role

The Crew Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that all interior and exterior surfaces are properly prepared, painted, and finished to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Clean and sand surfaces to be painted, repair cracks and holes, and ensure a smooth finish.
  • Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Color Consultation: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, and provide expert recommendations to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing finish.
  • Equipment Operation: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed to ensure safe and efficient access to work areas.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
