Employment Agency Senior Manager

At COMPCARE INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Agency General Manager to lead our staffing services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, representing the organization, and managing events.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Event Management: Manage events, conduct performance reviews, and assess business opportunities.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
