Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a Member Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, identifying their financial needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members through exceptional customer service and personalized advice.
  • Assess member needs and provide recommendations on financial products and services that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions to members.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to members.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial sales and service environment.
  • Basic understanding of credit products and procedures.
  • Knowledgeable in a full range of investment products.
  • Financial planning courses considered an asset.
