Job Title: IT Senior Systems Analyst

ID Fusion is a leading digital transformation company that helps organizations plan, research, build, integrate, and maintain technology. We are seeking a skilled IT Senior Systems Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis: Gather requirements with stakeholders and users to identify goals, user needs, drivers for change, current processes, pain points, risks, external factors, and viable solution options.
  • Documentation: Produce understandable documentation such as requirements, solution overviews, wireframes, solution designs, process maps, flow charts, and other project documentation.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate research, planning, costing, and implementation of business solutions to provide technical expertise and leadership in the assessment and development of software applications.
  • Argumentation: Build and create successful arguments or IT business cases to support solution recommendations.
  • Client Support: Provide client consulting and technical support services on project implementation.
  • Project Management: Support in the estimation of project effort, costs, and timelines and project intake activities including planning, scheduling, tracking, management, and closure activities.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Write test cases, perform testing, quality assurance, and act as a liaison between users and the development team during UAT.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver support and training materials or training sessions.
