Role Overview: As a representative of the RhynoCare brand, your mission is to share our narrative and attract exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates for healthcare staffing positions by reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, and managing the interview process, including negotiations and reference checks. Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to monitor open positions.
  • Oversee your candidate portfolio by leveraging insights on competition, hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific trends.
  • Engage in recruitment events such as campus visits and job fairs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience for all recruitment assignments by providing timely and constructive feedback to both internal and external applicants.
  • Collaborate with partner facilities and departments to facilitate efficient onboarding processes and set candidates up for success.
  • Offer administrative support and project assistance to organizational leaders on various initiatives, including talent acquisition, talent management, performance evaluations, career development programs, and succession planning.
  • Create and develop content for communications related to talent management.
  • Conduct audits of personnel policies and procedures, identifying necessary actions to maintain compliance and best practices.
  • Address staff inquiries and requests, resolving issues or escalating as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or human resources, with exposure to recruitment or talent management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and a desire to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possesses strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and project management skills.
