About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the retail experience for our customers, providing best-in-class service and value-added solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for promoting Rogers and Fido brands, engaging with customers, and growing your customer base through personalized communication and outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance the retail experience by providing exceptional customer service and value-added solutions
  • Promote Rogers and Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage and grow your customer base through personalized communication and outreach
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
  • Operate with a creative spirit and adapt to an ever-changing environment
