About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your skills in financial analysis, accounting, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and journal entries.
- Monitor and reconcile transfer of funds from corporate office.
- Process and enter cash receipts.
- Verify vendor information and enter into the accounting system.
- Enter and process revisions.
Requirements
- Working towards a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft programs, specifically Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
