Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at 12124599 Canada inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Verify and ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets and payroll summaries.
  • Logistics Support: Maintain work records and logs, and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dispatch Operations: Assist with the maintenance of communications equipment and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow-up on issues with work orders and keep track of shipments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work overtime. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have attention to detail, and possess excellent oral communication skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
