Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Red Radish Caterer Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Train and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook meals for customers with dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Supervise the activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced cooks and culinary staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The Executive Chef will work 40 hours per week.
