Package Handler and Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Package Handler and Clerk Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and supervising employees, and ensuring the efficient handling of packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and customers
- Train new and current employees to ensure productivity and safety
- Participate in group meetings and collaborate with management
- Supervise package handlers and clerks to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Adhere to CB Canada's ethical standards and code of conduct
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs
- Flexible availability to work up to 5 days per week
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, Management experience
