We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their vehicle needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their vehicle's service needs and repair requirements.
  • Work closely with our technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and that customers are informed of any additional work required.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and repair orders.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities to sell additional services and products to customers.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally, and that customers are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to ensure that you have the latest knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a service consultant or customer service role in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Valid Ontario G driver's license and a clear driver's abstract.
