About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at AKR CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a stable and even surface.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings, safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency is required for this role.
