About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Labourer to join our team at Aim Construction Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced carpenters.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You must be willing to relocate to different job sites and work at heights.
