Position Overview: Construction Site Laborer

As a vital member of our workforce, the Construction Site Laborer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction activities. The responsibilities include:

  • Transporting, loading, and managing construction materials effectively on-site.
  • Removing rocks and debris to maintain safe and clear work areas.
  • Assisting with traffic management and guiding vehicles as necessary.
  • Coordinating the movement of equipment and the placement of materials.
  • Distributing construction materials and preparing test holes as required.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Operating various tools and machinery when needed.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in heavy civil construction is advantageous.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
