About the Role

Rex stucco Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and staff, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality construction work.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
