Rehabilitation Therapist Assistant

About the Role:
As a Rehabilitation Assistant with Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital part in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs in assisting Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients' progression.
Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of the Rehabilitation Team, you will make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient needs and their rehabilitation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage patients through consistent therapeutic interventions.
- Drive substantial progress in meeting patient needs and their rehab journey.
- Serve as an integral member of the rehabilitation team.
- Be relied upon as the eyes and ears of the rehab team, ensuring comprehensive care.
