We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Pleasant Valley Manor in Armstrong, BC. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients/clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in implementing rehabilitation treatment plans and programs.
- Monitor and evaluate patients/clients' progress, providing feedback to the rehabilitation team.
- Operate within a client-centered approach, ensuring comprehensive care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure seamless care and support.
