Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At IHOP White Rock, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Staff: Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our guests' needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at IHOP White Rock, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
