About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science High School Teacher to join our team at Royal Canadian High School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in teaching.
  • Work Setting: Remote location with a private school environment.
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Discuss results and students' progress with them, their parents, and school officials. Participate in educational conferences and teacher training workshops. Assign and correct homework. Develop course content. Prepare and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia.
  • Student Support: Advise students on course selection and on vocational and personal matters. Provide tutoring assistance. Teach students through lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and laboratory, shop, and field studies.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate. Work Language: English. Hours: 8 to 20 hours per week.
