Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for our team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy care to clients in a home-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice
  • Knowledge of principles of reflective practice
  • Ability to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environment
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable insured vehicle
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
