  • Food Quality and Safety

    • Monitor and control inventory levels, and ensure that all food and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory levels, and other key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and use this data to inform our business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Client focus and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
