Job Summary

Ace Security Services Inc is seeking a skilled Alarm System Technician to join our team. As an Alarm System Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair
    • Install and repair electronic security systems, including alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
    • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure proper functioning.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting
    • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults in electronic security systems.
    • Test and adjust repaired products to ensure proper functioning.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as electronics or computer science.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronic security systems installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Skills
    • Excellent knowledge of electronic security systems, including alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.

    • Repair and maintenance work will be performed in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial locations.

    • The job requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces.
