As a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. Your expertise in dispensing medication and providing professional services will be essential in maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medication and providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers.
- Practice to full scope in providing professional services, including counseling on prescriptions and over-the-counter products.
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed, maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless customer care.
- Maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy.
- Licensed member in good standing Part A by Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans.
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
