Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our team at Tech Digital. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR guidance and support to management and staff, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruitment, training, and orientation of new employees
  • Development and maintenance of policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, AODA, and other HR policies
  • Payroll processing and pension and benefits plan administration
  • Management of Health and Safety programs and related training
  • Assistance with annual performance reviews and planning company events and luncheons
  • General HR administration, including maintenance of employee records and absence tracking
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, and at least 3 years of HR experience
  • Solid computer knowledge, including effective working skills of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Manufacturing and payroll experience are assets
  • Experience with UKG Pro and Dimensions seen as an asset
  • Certified JHSC member and First Aid/CPR certifications are assets
