Luxury Retail Manager Job Description

At Harry Rosen Inc, we're seeking a highly skilled Luxury Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for building and developing a team that delivers exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and conversion
  • Train and coach team members to elevate the in-store and online customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans and company initiatives
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department
  • Strong business acumen in luxury retail and a keen understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others, with a proven track record of coaching and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
