Job Title: Team Lead Software Verification

CS GROUP is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Software Verification to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of our deliverables and leading the verification and validation of our embedded software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the verification and validation process for our embedded software, ensuring that it meets the required standards and regulations.
  • Define and implement software verification processes, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
  • Manage suppliers and work packages, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, focusing on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Instill a positive work ethic in the team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients on technical subjects, ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Provide weekly status updates and workload assessments to the Project Manager.
  • Identify and provide team training, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Verification & Validation of Embedded Software in a DO178B or DO178C environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of software SCADE, Matlab / Simulink, C, C++, Microsoft Office, DOORS, SVN, Mantis.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Curiosity, autonomy, pro-activity, and ability to find solutions.
  • Ability to isolate and troubleshoot hardware, system, and software problems.
  • Fast learner and able to adapt easily to new systems.
  • Team player with great attention to detail.
  • Bilingual - French/English.
