Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site repairs of equipment at client locations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Support the quality assurance processes to meet customer specifications as outlined by manufacturers.
  • Manage and organize inventory, providing insights to supervisors regarding future inventory needs.
  • Document all repairs, ongoing tasks, and completed jobs accurately.
  • Facilitate the pick-up and delivery of repaired items to customer sites as required.
  • Create work orders for repair tasks, including time estimates, and enter this data into the system.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
  • Encourage a safe working environment for all associates.
  • Pursue continuous improvement and offer suggestions for process enhancements.
  • Compile branch reports and relevant information for management review.
  • Acquire necessary manufacturing certifications.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools is required.
  • Ongoing training on the equipment to be serviced is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain close visual attention is necessary.

Compensation: The pay scale is $28 per hour, along with a generous cost of living allowance.

Benefits: Includes a service bonus and RRSP matching.
