The Senior Financial Associate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Corporate Finance operations across our international offices. You will be actively involved in optimizing processes and managing financial activities within a fast-paced and global setting, contributing significantly to various initiatives.

As a vital member of the global financial team, you will be instrumental in modernizing and refining corporate accounting and financial workflows. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various financial data submissions, comprehending their accounting implications, ensuring prompt payment execution, advising business units, and aiding in the development of our center of excellence.

Collaboration

You will work alongside business leaders, finance professionals, and stakeholders, closely partnering with both internal and external auditors to support company operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare month-end financial reports, including notes, reconciliations, and accruals while identifying areas for optimization.
  • Ensure the accuracy and control of accounting records, encompassing cost centers and legal entities.
  • Contribute to system enhancements and efficiency projects.
  • Prepare financial statements, regulatory submissions, and tax documentation.
  • Streamline payment processes and manage tax obligations.
  • Oversee pension payroll operations.
  • Assist in data collection for Key Performance Indicators.
  • Engage in various projects as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • CPA designation is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and treasury operations.
  • Proficient data analysis skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
