**Job Summary**

LGM Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our Corporate Accounting Team and overseeing the financial operations of the company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the Corporate Accounting Team to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

**Requirements:**

  • CPA designation or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 1 year of people management experience.
  • Advanced accounting and software knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and facilitative leadership style.
