About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at SNS Construction Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, ensuring financial controls are in place and promoting cost-effective solutions.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior construction management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and MS Windows, with knowledge of information technology.
