The Opportunity

PBS Systems is a leading provider of dealership management systems in North America, and we're looking for a skilled Bilingual Parts Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will provide top-notch support to our French and English-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions to their software-related issues.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert software support to customers in the Parts module, utilizing your bilingual skills to communicate effectively in both French and English.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their escalations and incidents at regular intervals, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Deliver support services professionally and effectively, leveraging your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Participate in coaching and follow action plans to continuously improve your skills and performance.
  • Commit to ongoing education and cross-training to stay up-to-date with our software and services.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or dealership experience is an asset.
  • Must be fully bilingual in French and English.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Strong documentation abilities.
  • Previous coaching experience.
  • Effective time management and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
