Job Title: Bilingual Parts Customer Service Representative

PBS Systems is a leading provider of dealership management systems, and we're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional support to our clients in both French and English. As a Bilingual Parts Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support to customers in the Parts module, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, empathizing with their concerns and building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Install Services Team to ensure smooth implementation and support of our software services.
  • Document and track customer interactions, incidents, and escalations, providing regular updates as needed.
  • Participate in coaching and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service or dealership experience is an asset.
  • Must be fully bilingual in French and English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary ($50,000 k/yr. to $60,000 k/yr. CDN).
