Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a clean and safe shopping environment by maintaining the store's appearance, rotating stock, and checking for expired products.
  • Support the Pharmacy Department by performing tasks delegated by the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager, including ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and profit goals, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills to handle cash and operate a cash register.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the store.
