Supervisor of Heavy Machinery Operations

As a Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor at Mianco Group Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the effective operation of heavy machinery. Your leadership will ensure that our projects are executed efficiently and safely.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role
This position involves working in challenging conditions that may include:
- Dangerous environments
- Dusty and noisy settings
- Outdoor locations
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing strategies to enhance productivity
- Addressing operational challenges and providing technical guidance
- Estimating project costs and required materials
- Preparing production reports and documentation
- Coordinating and scheduling project activities
- Collaborating with other supervisors and managers
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Developing methods to meet project timelines
- Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Making recommendations for personnel actions
- Requesting necessary materials and supplies
- Supervising team members and project tasks
- Facilitating training for team members
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 individuals.
